We operate an e-shop on the website https://www.berrymusicproduction.com
In order to provide our services in the form of sales of digital products, physical audio media, merchandise, etc., we process certain personal data for the operation of our website.

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: information about the product you have purchased, your billing details provided by you when purchasing from the BERRYMUSIC Production e-shop (first and last name, email, phone number).
Why?
We will contact you via these details to discuss the offer of goods and news.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiating a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.
- Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will process the data you provide us with. This mainly includes billing information: first name, last name, address, and email address.
Why?
We need to process personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods or services to you. We will also use your contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, or about any complaints or queries you may have.
We will also process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or to handle complaints).
On what legal basis do we process personal data?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract – and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.
How long will we process personal data?
For the duration of our service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

If you are a purchasing customer and have not prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news.
On what legal basis?
This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have prohibited us from doing so at the time of purchase.
How long will we process your personal data?
For 5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time by email or by contacting us at: contact@berrymusicproduction.com
- WHO HAS ACCESS TO THE DATA?
Your data will remain with us. However, we work with certain companies or other persons who have access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:
- the operator of the Shoptet e-shop platform (Shoptet a.s., with its registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID No. 289 35 675, the company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 25 395)
- companies involved in the shipment of goods (according to your selection when placing your order)
- companies involved in the dispatch of payments (according to your payment method when purchasing)
- the e-mailing service provider (according to the current use of Berrymusic Production)
We process personal data only within the European Union.
